You are able to complete your registration without making the payment. Registration confirmation letter will only be sent once the full payment is received by the Organizing Committee prior to the Early Bird Registration deadline.

Payment of registration fees must be made in USD by one of the following methods:

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Please remember to specify the name of the meeting and the participant on the bank transfer document.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the congress secretariat according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress account on time.


 CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the meeting Secretariat by email secretariat@aocc2018.org
- Cancellations received up and including MAY 21, 2018 – 90% refund (less 10% handling fee).
- Cancellations received after MAY 21, 2018 – No refund will be made.
